This is an excellent organization. I have worked with them for several years now as an electrical contractor and the response and attention they give to the residents is second to none. Gerrad Whitt, who is the maintenance supervisor always have worked diligently to maintain a high level of customer service and works hand in hand with the contractors to get things done and repaired in a timely manner. With his leadership and crew, we have been very successful in servicing the needs of all the residents.

Everytime I have had an issue with something at my unit, it was taken care of asap. Very friendly people. Susie is awesome... let me know if you all get some 4 bedrooms available, lol. I need extra space due to kids getting older.
